April 18, 2008

For the frugal shopper or beginning photographer, this tiny 5-megapixel point-and-shoot camera might be just what you’re looking for: It retails for under $150 and is on sale right now at Amazon.com through an Amazon affiliated partner for just under $100. The camera is powered by 2 AA-size batteries, features a bright, 2-inch LCD, a 3x optical zoom, and records images onto SD memory cards.

A quick round-up of reviews on the Photobird Digital Camera Buyer’s Guide reveals the L10 was rated “An excellent value” by Steves-Digicams.com.
